Job Description
|
JOB ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced software developer to be part of a distributed software development team. The successful candidate will have strong architecture and implementation skills of system-level software with the ability to cover a diverse range of technologies and solutions. An ability to turn product visions into reality and create well designed solutions from complex requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, testing, support and maintenance. |
Candidate Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Education to Degree Level or equivalent ideally Computer Science or similar subject.
Solid technical experience in software development.
Proven track record in software development.
Strong technical software skills.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic, dedicated team player with a will to succeed.
Able to work directly with customers and partners.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong architecture and design skills for system-level software.
Strong skills in assembly language on at least one current chipset. (Intel, Sparc, PowerPC/RS6000 a plus)
Understanding of application binary interfaces and their importance to code generation.
Knowledge of compiler design.
Experience designing/maintaining/writing debuggers is advantageous but not required.
Experience of agile development methodologies.
Strong problem solving skills.
Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking. |
