We are assisting our client, a top medical communications agency, in finding a Presentations Operator for their offices in Cheshire.
This position reports to the Director of Presentation Services and carries a cross platform role in support of both Presentation Services and Creative Services.
This position will support all facets of the business in the generation, development, stylising and delivery PowerPoint presentations, offering live meeting support and speaker content management.
The role will form a part of a larger team collaborating across different sites and working in conjunction with other Visual Services teams.
Candidate Requirements: Knowledge of MS office and design software is essential.
The ideal candidate will be approachable, professional and be able to liaise with internal and external clients.
A good understanding of CorelDraw drawing package would be beneficial, as this is for producing detailed medical graphics ranging from simple charts and scatter diagrams to medical illustrations.
Regular international travel is required which sometimes falls on weekends.
